Exchange and refund
It is the buyer's responsibility to validate the compatibility of the products purchased.
Quality defect
All of our products are guaranteed for one year against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. They are individually tested by a technician. If a refund or replacement with an equivalent product is required due to product quality problem, we will bear the cost of the return. In the event that you need to return an item (s) to us, please contact us first at info@izando.ca to obtain the procedure to use. We will process your return within 2 business days. No exchange or refund will be allowed.
Exchange or return for personal reason
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can also contact us and we will process your request within 1-2 business days. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase (i.e. the date shown on your receipt) provided they are in resalable condition.
Please contact us at info@izando.ca for the method to follow. If you need to return or exchange for personal reasons, you will be responsible for paying for the return and shipping costs. If you do not contact us and return the product following the return procedure, we will not be responsible for the loss of goods and will not authorize a refund.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, SLEEPING BAGS AND CLEARANCE ITEMS. The purchase of these items are considered final sales.
