Collection of personal data

When you buy from our store, as part of the purchase and promotion process, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address, phone number, and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address. This information helps us identify your browser and operating system.

All personal information that you provide during your purchases is and will remain confidential and will not be communicated to third parties under any circumstances.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify app. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

 

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted via the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored for as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once this is done, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Consents and newsletter 

When you complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you agree to provide the information to us of your own free will only for the performance of that specific task.

Newsletter: With your permission, we may send you emails regarding our store, new products and articles related to our product categories.

For subscription to the newsletter or a promotional program, we ask you directly and explicitly for your consent. We give you the opportunity to say no.

 

Navigation cookies

A cookie is a small data file, in the form of a series of information, sent by our website's internet server to the browser cookie file on the hard drive of your device. cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, stores information about the contents of your cart.
